"The Camera" Workshop

COURSE OUTLINE

The course starts with your choice of a lesson on 35mm, medium, or large format photography. Participants can bring their own cameras, or alternatively, use one of ours for the day.

Technical lesson

We will start the class with a lesson on your chosen format. There will be a run-through of your camera and film for the day, as well as a brief look into the technical side of photography geared to help you better achieve your photographic vision.

Photo Walk

After an introduction on how your film camera works, we will shoot and put your newfound knowledge to the test. We’ll head out into Georgetown for some hands-on experience where you’ll be guided through every step of your film journey.
